Leslie Ann (Jackman) Tuk

Of Hermitage, PA, age 69, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday, August 27, 2023, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

Born November 29, 1953, in Latrobe, PA, to the late Wayne F. and Patricia A. (Luttner) Jackman. She graduated from Latrobe Area High School in 1971 and later received her BA in Accounting from Clarion University, Suma Cum Laud, in 1986 and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

She was an avid fly fisherman and talented artist, with works displayed at the Hoyte Gallery in New Castle, TAG in Warren, OH, and through Random Acts of Artists in Sharon, PA. She shared her skills and knowledge as a teacher with numerous students. She had an active social life including her Wednesday night girls drinking club and trivia nights. Her true admiration for nature led her to transform her property into a nature preserve. 

Leslie was preceded in death by her parents; her dear friend Jennifer Holbrook, and her husband Randy, and several uncles, aunts, and close cousins. 

She is survived by her daughters, Jessica A. Daman and husband John of Florence, KY, Kelly Gearhart and her partner Joe of Sharon, PA; grandchildren Sage Oziri and her husband Josh of Cincinnati, OH, and Wayne Daman of Florence, KY; her sister Jackie L. Werth and husband Jim of York, PA; and brother Richard Jackman of Bellingham, WA; her dear friend Valerie Gatesman-McQuitty and husband Sean of Silver Spring, MD; and her furry companions, her dog 'Puppy' and her cat 'Cookie Monster'. 

Friends and family will be received at Wolfe Memorial, LLC, 3600 Greensburg Pike, Pittsburgh PA 15221, on Wednesday, August 30, from 10:00am until the time of the funeral service at 1:30pm. Private interment in Penn Forest Natural Burial Park, Verona.
